I'm Priyanshu Jain (IMPJ). A Product Designer who likes to dabble in Behaviour Psychology, Research, and Management.
I value the value of a good experience and strive to create a good experience for my users and customers, my peers, managers and developers and me.
A design is never perfect and so a designer's job is never done. If I ever reach there though, I plan to be a lawyer, a policy maker, a chef, a bartender and maybe a pilot.
We have all grown up (as designers) knowing the double-diamond process and the 4 Ds - Discover, Define, Design, Develop.
Although, after working in the industry, I realised that no divergence is complete without converging to an outcome. Discovery is only complete and productive when you have pre-defined goals and you define the outcomes of that discovery.
Similarly, A design is only complete and meaningful when you have considered technical feasibility and tested it out after development.
What about the dream? It's what helps you be creative and bring out something that is novel, unique and genuine.
For me Design is the bridge between what exists for you to Discover and what can be for you to Dream.
